So you've sprayed on your texture and it looks, well, not like you hoped. Now what? Don't worry, if you sprayed with anything other than an oil based aerosol spray, then it's a water based texture mixture and all you have to do is scrape it off with a putty knife. If it's dried hard already, then spray it down a bit with water and let set a few minutes to soften. Then just scrape off and try the texture again.
